Balistreri Real Estate Rebrand
In this video, Joni Tabano and Caroline Carrara, Sales Managers at Balistreri Real Estate, discuss my achievements as the company's Creative Director.
I was brought on board to lead the full rebranding of Balistreri Real Estate, a distinguished company with a 60-year history and more than 150 agents across three offices in South Florida. This extensive rebranding effort aimed to modernize the firm's image while honoring its longstanding tradition of excellence in the real estate market.
My projects at Balistreri include the creation and management of three websites. One for the company, one for recruiting purposes, and one for its title company.
I leveraged my cinematography experience to frequently film engaging content for the company, including testimonials and recruitment pieces.
I manage the social media of the company, creating and executing campaigns, posting content regularly, and overseeing engagement with our audience. This involved strategic planning, content creation, and analytics to ensure our online presence was strong and effective.
I managed the integration of our company with the KVCore platform and trained 150 agents to help them leverage this technology and elevate their business to the next level.
UNLEASHED REAL ESTATE 2024
I oversaw the creative vision and design for Unleashed 2024, a prestigious event attended by 300 top luxury agents in South Florida. I coordinated all aspects of the event, including presentations and speakers, ensuring that each element aligned with the overall creative strategy. Additionally, I managed communication with panelists, speakers, and sponsors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their support and satisfaction. I developed a website and managed the media and print campaign to promote the event. This included designing the site, creating engaging content, and coordinating advertisements to ensure broad awareness and participation. I directed a team of graphic designers to ensure adherence to established guidelines, supervising every piece of marketing to guarantee consistency and high-quality execution. My leadership ensured the event’s success and left a lasting impact on all attendees.
