I’m a marketing professional with a long-standing focus on luxury, specializing in Miami’s ultra-luxury real estate market. My experience spans the full spectrum of the industry — from working with a top luxury brokerage, to serving as Director of Marketing for Dina Goldentayer, the #1 agent in Miami, and now contributing to the marketing of luxury developments at North Development. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with some of Miami’s most recognized names, including Dina Goldentayer, Grant Cardone, Brandon Dawson and Natalie Dawson, and Adriana de Moura, helping elevate their presence and connect with high-net-worth audiences at the highest level.

Currently Senior Marketing Manager at North Development, overseeing marketing strategy and brand positioning for the firm’s flagship Miami developments — Domus Brickell Park, Domus Brickell Center, and House of Wellness.

The role focuses on shaping the global presence of these projects through elevated brand storytelling, strategic marketing initiatives, and high-impact campaigns that engage both local and international audiences, while overseeing premium marketing assets, digital platforms, broker engagement programs, and international outreach.

North Development is a joint venture between Oak Capital, a real estate investment and development firm with more than 35 years of experience across the U.S. and Brazil, and Edifica, a Peruvian developer and fund manager with more than 17 years of experience and 64 completed projects.

As Director of Marketing for Dina Goldentayer at Douglas Elliman, the firm’s number one agent nationwide and one of the top 10 agents in the country,

I spearheaded the strategic marketing vision behind a $3B+ ultra-luxury real estate portfolio. Since 2021, Dina has closed over $3 billion in sales, reinforcing her dominance in the high-end market. I developed and executed elevated marketing strategies, refined brand positioning, and directed digital presence to ensure every campaign resonated with an elite clientele.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL

As the Creative Director at Balistreri Real Estate, I was responsible for the complete rebranding and creative vision of the company across social, digital, print, and film platforms. I was brought in to reimagine the brand and instill a luxurious essence into every aspect of its identity. With three offices in South Florida and over 150 agents, Balistreri required a unified and elevated presence—and I ensured a cohesive look and feel that reflected sophistication and strengthened the company’s position in the competitive luxury market.

I was hired in the middle of the pandemic by Grant Cardone and Brandon Dawson to create and direct content that promoted their new company Cardone Ventures across various platforms. In this role, I developed dynamic visual content that captured the energy and impact of their nationwide and international corporate events, seminars, and workshops. 

BRANDON AND NATALIE DAWSON

As the Luxury Lifestyle Content Creator for Brandon and Natalie Dawson, Co-Founders of Cardone Ventures, I traveled the world documenting their lives and business ventures through high-end videography and photography. My mission was to authentically capture and showcase their success, highlighting how they live out the company’s mission and purpose in every facet of their lifestyle. 

UNLEASHED 2024

POMPANO BEACH, FL

Led the creative vision and execution of Unleashed 2024, a high-profile event for 300 top luxury agents in South Florida. Oversaw all event elements—including presentations, speakers, branding, and promotion—to ensure alignment with the overall strategy. Managed sponsor and speaker relations, built the event website, and directed media and print campaigns. Supervised a design team to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, resulting in a polished, impactful experience.
